packing and unpacking personal things
Well I've made it to the new place, the battle for hotwater has been a comedy of errors but we shall soon see if I have a fully functioning hot water system. If it does break-down mid shower you'll be able to hear the screams from where ever you are.

Made a start on the Batavia story lask night, about 1400 words. I'm a little worried at the pacing of the piece, but will shortly send off the first chunk to see if it maintains its readability as it appears I may be in the process of creating somewhere around 8,000 words worth of story.

I've also got two stories out in the market at the moment: "The Last Dragon" got emailed to Cat Sparks at Agog! yesterday and a new 1200 words piece "From Raggedy Anne to Ringlets" got emailed to ASIM.

I'll let you know how they go. Time to face the shower beast.
