I've got nothing but praise for the Queensland crowd. They're an exceptionally organised bunch, who put together a damn fine
ClarionSouth, and I have every faith that they'll put on a swell NatCon. I fully endorse the bid and hope it's a heck of a party.

On that note, I'd like to announce that I am presently forming a bid for the 2006 SwanCon, and would like to hear from people who would be willing to help out on the committee. While previous experience not necessary, enthusiasm is vital. Email me offlist.

I'd also like to hear from people in other states who would be willing to act as contact points for the distribution of info and progress reports. Again, email me offlist.
