Ticonderoga Online back on Schedule
Australia's most sporadic online semi-prozine, TiconderogaOnline, today launched its first issue for 10 months.
During the magazine's self-imposed hiatus, all four editors experienced life-changing events: two produced a baby while the other two moved hundreds of kilometres, changing houses and jobs.
Just as Billy Bragg's Talking to the Taxman About Poetry carried the subtitle "The Difficult Third Album", the latest appearance of TiconderogaOnline can be seen as the difficult third issue.
"It's been a bit of a jinx for me," said founder editorial team member Russell B. Farr. "I'm yet to produce three issues of a webzine in a calendar year. The contents of this issue are pretty mpressive, though, and worth the wait."
TiconderogaOnline March 2005 features short fiction by Martin Livings and Ben Peek, rising talent Deborah Biancotti's first ever interview, and a handful of reviews including books by Charles Stross, Jeff Vandermeer and Ian R. MacLeod.
